- Description: Load began rinse and shut off still full with water. Overloaded with blankets prior to shut off. Took all wet blankets out, water remains and attempted to restart but still shut off. It acted like it wanted to turn on but shut off. I reset breaker and it attempted to come on again and still no. It has been unresponsive since.
