- Description: TYhis is a brand new dishwasher that was installed last july which has never worked, Samsung sent someone and did nothing. I was on phone on Tuesday for 68 minutes trying to get them to fix it, they disconnected me. I don't have that much time to waste. Can you fix it? it has never drained. so my tenants hand wash their dishes after we paid $700 for a new dishwasher.
