- Description: Your repairman, Michael, was here to repair my refrigerator on 6/26/23. He diagnosed the problem, ordered a part and came back 6/29/23 to install the new part. Now the same problem has recured. Freezer is 22' and refrigerator is 54'. I have an Allstate Appliance Protection Plan, they require a GE certified and approved repairman to come here, diagnose the problem and decide if its fixable or not fixable. I already paid your company $592.50 for this repair. 6/26 & 6/29. I also need a copy of the paid invoice from 6/26 to submit.
