- Description: Ice was seen outside the evaporator rear panel. De-iced with a steamer, but unable to remove rear evaporator panel. Suspect the evaporator fan has failed. Error codes are 21, 22, 25, 33. 21 = Fan Failure, 22 = Fan Failure, 25 = Defrost Failure, and 33 = Ice Pipe Failure. Did a power off reset, (tripped breaker), for 5 minutes. Now shows Error Codes 22 and 33.
