- Description: Frigidaire side by side Model: FFHS2611PFEA Serial #: 4A6250537 Situation for 3 months now. (A) Refrigerator side not cooling at all. (B) Freezer side not freezing, barely cooling - cool enough similar to refrigerator side. Several times I have unplugged for 2-3 hours and after plugging back in fridge still not cooling or freezing. Currently using freezer side as refrigerator to cool some food contents. Also, the freezer side at times has small area icy build up so unplug for 1-2 hours while ice melts. Still same issue after plugging back in. I’m disabled and have not vacuumed coils. I have not replaced filter(s) either so need new filter(s).
