- Description: Our fridge stopped cooling on Sunday 6/18. The earliest available appt with you was Wed 6/20. Tues 6/19 the fridge began cooling again on its own but we kept the Wed appt. Doug (Service ID 1040017_1318345) was the tech that came on Wed and he said nothing needed repaired and the issue was that the back and inside of fridge needed cleaning. I was charged $191 for a standard repair. The next morning, Thurs 6/21 the fridge is once again not cooling. I need someone to come back and resolve this issue.
