- Description: The fridge was not cooling at first. I vacuumed under and behind the fridge. Both fans were running and the freezer was cold. I found the coils behind the rear freezer panel were iced up on top keeping the air from getting to the fridge. I defrosted with a blow drier and reassembled. It's been running for 12 hours and now everything in the freezer is thawing.
