- Description: The washer showed "Done" on the indicator after completing a load. However, it still continued to drain while it was done and even after I removed my towels. Then I unplugged it for 30 seconds to see if that would resolve the issue, but as soon as I plugged it back in it went back to draining. I've also tried moving the main knob to see if I can use any of the other settings and it will not let me continue washing anything. I've now left it unplugged.
