- Description: RFG238 aeries. The freezers continue to produce ice, however, the refrigerator does not appear to be cooling. Well the fridge temperature is set to 34, the refrigerator does not give below 53. It has been this way for a couple of weeks. I unplugged it and gave it some time to reset, and plugged it back in. No change. Thanks.
