• Description: We have a stacked G.E. washer and dryer only purchased 2 or 3 years ago new but when I went to put clothes in and poured detergent in the machine then hit the start button the water started coming out for about a second then completely stopped and will not come back on. No lights or anything just completely dead since Thursday. We rent here located in same complex as Matawan adult day care is and sets gym and prep coffee and the hair salon is off off of Rt 516 across the street from Matawan animal hospital also. We've had on going issues with this particular G.E. stacked washing machine since we moved here in 2017 the original machine they had also kept breaking down alot and always needed a new part then in 2021 they got us a new G.E. stacked washer and dryer same exact model as the older one that kept breaking down here but it's used almost daily gets alot of usage so probably needs a new part? Can you please have someone from your company call me asap 908 531 8971 as we need a repair person to come look at it immediately? Preferably tomorrow (Sunday) or Monday? Thank you very much!
