- Description: I need service on a less than 2 year old LG front-load washing machine for two issues: (1) It was left closed for a couple weeks with standing water inside after being disconnected by a contractor, and despite multiple cleaning cycles it still smells strongly of mildew. (2) The washer was moved by a contractor possibly without transit bolts, and I need an inspection for any early damage to any possible impacts to the system (the suspension system, drum, shocks, springs, and counterweights.) I need a deep internal cleaning probably of of the sump, drain pump filter, hoses, and gasket, plus a mechanical diagnostic. This is for documentation and I may need a written service report. Please let me know the cost for the deep cleaning + inspection + service report.
